How do I close the grill lid?

The wooden handles unscrew by hand in about 10 seconds, no tools needed. Take them off, close the lid, and grill or smoke as usual.

The stainless steel basket handles closed-lid heat up to 500°C. Use the included hook to lift the basket off, then screw the handles back on for serving.

The handles are also heat resistant, so for open-lid grilling you can leave them on.
