Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase.
After this period, the order cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and then return the item in accordance with this policy.

2. Return Process

To start a return:

• Reason for the return

Carefully package the product to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

Send the item to the return address (instructions will be provided via email).

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund.

3. Refunds

• You will receive a confirmation once your return has been received
• If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
