Welcome to BRYN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://bryngrill.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products offered by BRYN ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to place an order on bryngrill.com. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

BRYN sells grilling baskets and related accessories. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or images on the Site are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Payment is processed through secure, third-party PCI-compliant payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the total order amount, including taxes and shipping fees, to your selected payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States with free tracked shipping on every order. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, the order cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and then return the item in accordance with this policy.
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
Return Process: To start a return, email Contact@Bryngrill.com with your order number and reason for the return. Carefully package the product to ensure it is not damaged during transit, and send the item to the return address provided via email.
Refunds: You will receive a confirmation once your return has been received. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products (e.g., engraved or made-to-order items) are not eligible for return.
7. Lifetime Warranty
BRYN stands behind every product. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on our grilling baskets: if something is wrong with your product due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it — no questions, no hassle, for life.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so portions of this disclaimer may not apply to you.

Grilling baskets are used in connection with open flames and high heat. You agree to follow all included safety instructions and use the product only as intended. BRYN is not responsible for injury, property damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRYN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
