Welcome to BRYN. BRYN is a brand of House of Nordic LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://bryngrill.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products we offer. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and applicable Canadian provincial and US state consumer laws. Where these Terms conflict with those laws, those laws apply.
1. Eligibility
We sell to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products
BRYN sells grilling baskets and related accessories. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product availability may change without notice. This does not affect your right to receive products that match their description.
3. Orders and Pricing
- Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.
4. Taxes and Duties

United States: applicable sales tax is added at checkout based on your shipping address.

Canada: applicable GST/HST and provincial sales taxes are added at checkout where required.

United Kingdom: prices include VAT where we are required to collect it.

We collect all taxes we are required to collect at checkout. If your local customs authority charges any additional import fees not collected at checkout, please contact us at Contact@Bryngrill.com before paying them.
5. Payment
Payment is processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the total order amount, including any taxes, to your selected payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand with free tracked shipping on every order. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are provided as estimates. If your order is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Risk of loss and title pass to you when the products are delivered to you.
7. Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or on its way. If so, you can still return it under our Refund Policy once it arrives.
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return for any reason.
Return Process: To start a return, email Contact@Bryngrill.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Refunds: If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return and issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products (e.g., engraved or made-to-order items) cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if a custom item is faulty or not as described.
UK Customers: You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You can also reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Lifetime Warranty
BRYN stands behind every product. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on our grilling baskets: if something is wrong with your product due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it, no questions, no hassle, for life.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper cleaning or storage
- Use inconsistent with product instructions
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
To submit a warranty claim, email Contact@Bryngrill.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. We cover the cost of making the claim, including shipping of any replacement.
Our Lifetime Warranty is given in addition to your rights under consumer law, not instead of them.
Australian customers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is provided by House of Nordic LLC, Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States, Contact@Bryngrill.com.
New Zealand customers: Our goods come with guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded.
United Kingdom customers: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
United States and Canada customers: To the extent permitted by law, and except as stated above, products are provided without other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.
9. Safe Use of Products
Grilling baskets are used with open flames and high heat. Please follow all included safety instructions and use the product only as intended. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for injury, property damage, or loss caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Nordic LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, arising from your use of the Site or products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and your statutory rights in the UK and Canada.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the BRYN name, logo, product designs, images, text, and graphics, belongs to House of Nordic LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Interfere with the operation of the Site
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as payment processors or shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and policies.

15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify House of Nordic LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site. This does not apply to anything caused by our own breach or negligence.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer living in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia or New Zealand, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. For US customers, any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless your state’s law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top shows the latest revision. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and House of Nordic LLC regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products.
